Look at our baby! Jimmy and I had a 3D-4D ultrasound done about 3 weeks ago and these are 2 of the pictures that we received. The DVD that they gave us is absolutely amazing. To all of our friends who haven't had a baby yet, we definitely recommend you sign up to have this ultrasound when you get pregnant. We were able to see the baby open and close his eyes, stick out his tongue, grab his foot, and even see him smile.

With just 8 weeks to go, Jimmy and I are both ready. The baby is getting big, which is making my belly bigger than I ever thought possible.

The baby is kicking a lot, but I never get tired of feeling him move... that is the best part of being pregnant.

So we want to know what you think, does he look like Jimmy or does he look like me. Most people say he looks like his handsome dad (who I must say from the pictures I've seen was a very cute baby). Either way, we are already totally in love with him and can't wait to see him in person.

Jimmy and I just entered our baby in his first contest... and WON! One of the local radio and news stations, 107.5 kzl and Fox 8 sponsored a charity event called "Give a Kid a Coat". They were holding a "Pregnant Pumpkin Belly Contest", where they would give the winner a $500 savings bond for their unborn baby.
Jimmy and I got up really early on Friday morning to paint my belly like a jack-o-lantern. Jimmy designed the t-shirt that I'm wearing and the pumpkin. Believe it or not, it took us 2 hours to paint my big belly.
We were the first ones to arrive at the contest site, when they told us if no one else shows up, we automatically win. We were keeping our fingers crossed, but 6 other ladies showed up.
The host of the radio morning show lined us all up and did a quick interview. They didn't interview me as long as some of the other contestants so we were thinking I wasn't going to win.
Jack Murphy (the host of the radio show) asked the Fox 8 Meteorologist who she thinks should win, and she picked me!
Jimmy and I were so excited! Jimmy says, "we are breeding a winner in the womb". We hope you enjoy the pictures.

Less than 4 months to go...

With less than 4 months to go, Jimmy and I wanted to find a way that our friends and whole family (no matter where you are) could share the rest of our pregnancy and mainly the birth of our baby with us, so we are creating a blog.

Once our little baby boy arrives, we hope to share special moments and cute pictures with all of you, so please check in with us often.
